Our most common service is garage door spring repair. Torsion springs wear out over time and when they break, the door won’t open. We carry high-cycle springs rated for 25,000+ cycles and replace them the same day in most cases.

Cable repair is another frequent call. Cables work in tandem with your springs to lift and lower the door safely. A frayed or snapped cable causes the door to hang at an angle or drop on one side. We replace both cables at the same time so you don’t have a second service call a few weeks later.

Garage door opener repair and installation is a full-service offering. We diagnose and repair existing openers — logic boards, drive gears, safety sensors, remotes, and wall controls — and install new LiftMaster openers when a replacement makes more sense.

Same-day service is available for most repairs when you call in the morning. Emergency calls are answered 24/7 including weekends and holidays. We give you an arrival window before we show up — no four-hour waiting blocks.

How do I know if my spring is broken?

The clearest sign is a loud bang from the garage followed by a door that will not open. Other signs include a door that feels extremely heavy, an opener that runs but fails to move the door, a visible gap in the spring coil, or a door that sits unevenly on one side.

Do you install new garage doors?

Do you work on all garage door brands?

Yes. We repair all major brands including Clopay, Wayne Dalton, Amarr, and CHI. For openers, we install and service LiftMaster, and we can repair most existing openers regardless of brand.

What is included in an annual maintenance visit?

Our maintenance tune-up covers lubrication of all moving parts, spring tension check and adjustment, cable and drum inspection, safety sensor test, opener force and limit calibration, and a full balance test. Annual maintenance helps catch small problems before they become expensive repairs.

I needed an old spring replaced with two sprimgs on my garage door due to being old and heavy which was putting additional strain on my new liftmaster motor. Dominic took out the old spring and put two new ones in. Dominic went above and beyond by fixing a bent bracket and adding some more bolts to brackets.  Also he lubed all the hinges.
